A Day at Sitaram Mountain Retreat

A Day at Sitaram Mountain Retreat

This is how a typical day at Sitaram Beach Retreat would be spent during your Panchakarma cure. The schedule is relaxed making it optimum for you to reset your habits, sleep cycles and ensure you have a relaxed healing experience. Spending time with oneself and nature in solitude and silence is considered a key factor for healing and connecting with our mind and body.
