TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our (mobile) website or any of our applications and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. By accessing or using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once the booking is confirmed with advance payment, 20% of the booking invoice amount would be charged if canceled at any point in time.
- If the booking is canceled between 29 to 11 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
- If the booking is canceled between 10 days to 4 days of arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
- If the booking is canceled between 3 days to the scheduled arrival date, 85% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
- If the booking is canceled after arrival at the retreat or in case of an early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
- If any cancellation occurs, as per the RBI regulations it might take some time to process the Refund.
- A full cancellation or refund is provided if it is due to COVID 19-related illness, war restrictions, or issues.
PAYMENT POLICY
- We request to make a 50 % advance payment at the time of booking.
- The balance amount can be settled 7 days prior to the arrival at the Property
- Payment can be done with the Payment link/Bank transfer
- We accept Visa/Master/Maestro /Rupay
- We do not have American Express
- We will acknowledge it once the payment reflects in our bank account.
COMMENT POLICY
Comments are welcomed and encouraged on this site, but there are some instances where comments will be edited or deleted as follows:
- Comments deemed to be spam or solely promotional in nature will be deleted. Including a link to relevant content is permitted, but comments should be relevant to the post topic.
- Comments including profanity will be deleted.
- Comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive will be deleted. Note this may include abusive, threatening, pornographic, offensive, misleading, or libelous language.
- Comments that attack an individual directly will be deleted.
- Comments that harass other posters will be deleted. Please be respectful toward other contributors.
- Anonymous comments will be deleted. We only accept comments from posters who identify themselves.

PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of our site and sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
- Sitaram Ayurveda do not capture and store personal information about visitors to the www.sitaramretreat.com website unless we are given consent from the specific user. Information we capture, upon consent, is in the form of name, contact email address and company name.
- If consent is given for Sitaram Ayurveda to store personal information (outlined in the previous paragraph) it will only be used for direct communication purposes between the parties, Sitaram Ayurveda and the specific user. None of the data is passed on to third parties and remains within the Sitaram Ayurveda database only.
- Legally, you (the user) have a right to know about any information that we hold about you. If we hold your personal information, you have the legal right to request that we remove your personal information at any time. We will happily fulfill this request following written confirmation.
