Can Panchakarma be done near a beach location?

One of the common questions that we get is is it good to do panchakarma near a beach location? now when you read the text books of Ayurveda  where it explains about how to do Panchakarma  for example like Ashtange Hrdyam,  no where its mentioned that you should not do panchakarma near a beach area or a mountain area what it mentions is exposure to extreme wind, extreme cold, extreme heat is to be strictly avoided during the panchakarma days which means whether you are near the beach or in the mountains or n the heart of a city in the concrete jungle  you should avoid your exposure to these three things. as long as you do that  in a very good way The Panchakarma purification will be at its best

What are the Contra Indications of Panchakarma

Now if you are below 16 years old or if you are above 70 years old then for this age group panchakarma cannot be done and if you are a women and if you in  your menstruating cycle days on these days panchakarma cannot be done  and for a pregnant women too panchakarma cannot be done another thing with the emotional aspect if you have a weak body and weak mind, then Panchakarma cannot be done Another thing if you have under weight or if you have diseases of under nutrition like Anorexia Bulimia then Panchakarma cannot be done because it has to let the toxins out so if you have to let things out if you have low weight then it is a contra indication. so these are some of the brief aspects  where Panchakarma cannot be done.

How can Panchakarma help in overcoming Burnout?

The word‘ Burnoutʼ or 'Stressed out'  when we hear this what it means is there is low performance or under efficiency This under efficiency in a body means our productivity of a brain has come down Its like the expectation is here but the productive output is here.
